The Carson-Newman University Health Pre-Professional program is designed to provide a competitive edge in the very competitive admissions process into health professional schools. We try to emphasize and practice every critical phase of this process.
The Health Pre-Professional program seeks to service all health related professional programs except athletic training, dietetics and nursing (these areas have separate nationally accredited programs existing on our campus). The Pre-Health Professional program here at C-N is designed to provide a competitive edge in a very competitive admissions process into health professional schools. Since 2000, we have had students accepted into the following twelve professional areas:

We offer suggested curriculum maps for our Biology BA health professions majors in the top career areas of Pre-Med, Pre-Dental, Pre-PA, 预pt和OT. Our program is organized around the Health Professions Accreditors Collaborative (HPAC), which serves as academic and personal advisors for students pursuing their respective careers.
